Types of Camera Angles

  Camera Angles marks the specific location at which the movie camera or video camera is placed to take a shot. A scene may be a shot from several camera angles simultaneously. this will give a different experience and sometimes emotion. 






1) High Camera Angle: is a filming technique where the camera look down down at the subject or the objects from above. Its felt you see something strange or see someone from higher perspective, it makes audience see the subject or object seem smaller than ordinary images.   









2) Low Camera Angle: is a shot from a camera angle  positioned anywhere below the eye line, pointing upward. For example, when you receive a ball , a person pick a ball up , when low angle shot is taken.










3) Eye-Level Angle: is a type of camera angle that frames the subject from the level at which an average human head would be. This height mimics how one would see their environment if they were looking through their own eyes.









4) Bird's eye view: An overhead shot is when the camera is placed directly above the subject. It's somewhere around a 90-degree angle above the scene taking place.










5) Worm's eye view: is a type of photography that is taken from a low angle, looking up at the subject. This perspective is achieved by positioning the camera below the subject, often lying on the ground or using a tripod with the camera pointing upwards.









6) Canted Camera Angle: or Dutch angle shot is a technique that consists of an angled camera shot where the horizon line isn't parallel with the bottom of the frame, and vertical lines are at an angle to the side of the frame.
